BIOGRAPHIES
Besides being a tango dancer, Guillermo's hobby is music. He is a director of his own orchestra with his two brothers. He sings, plays the guitar and percussion. He studied music at La Escuela Popular de Musica in Buenos Aires so musicality is his forte.
Guillermo decided to devote his life entirely to dance tango. He studied with the best Argentine Masters. His love for music places him as one of the most outstanding teachers for his sensitivity and accuracy in teaching and explaining how to use music when dancing the tango. His technique is unique and clear.
Silvia started learning classical ballet at the tender age of 8. She performed on the Broadway stage with Martha Graham's Company.
Silvia continued her training in contemporary and classical Ballet in New York. In 1998 in Buenos Aires she danced at the Luna Park with the Royal Ballet of England.
Silvia's career as a tango dancer together with the ballet makes her a true performer. She uses all the techniques and moves with style and elegance.
Guillermo Salvat and Silvia Grynt are the creators, producers, directors and choreographers of TANGO A TIERRA, a very successful show. The show has travelled the world with dancers, musicians and singers and Guillermo and Silvia are getting the applause they deserve.
